Sapphire Portal, Quasar Wave Transducer

he Sapphire Portal was built for Burning Man 2007. The most ambitious project by far, it was realized with the collaboration of Doug Kaufman, all my friends in Taos, NM and the Brooklyn DJ collective of Wolf & Lamb, who sponsored it to be able to host a few late night to miday dance parties and requested that a section of the Sapphire Portal open to let the sunrise in.
